==================================================================

The Johnson Controls AX Wizards are client/server applications that
require software to be installed on EC-BOS AX platforms and on any
client machine running the Wizards.

This package contains software for the client machine to run the
Johnson Controls LX-RTUL Wizard.

This release is the initial release of the Johnson Controls
LX-RTUL AX Wizard. After Setup the following versions will be
installed on your computer:

- Johnson Controls LX-RTUL Configuration Version 2.1.8
- LX-RTUL External Interface File LXRTUL_v110.XIF
- LX-RTUL Application Program LXRTUL_v112.APB
- LX-RTUL Application Program LXRTUL_v112.NXE

I. Client installation (integrator computer)
============================================

This install procedure must be followed before using the LX-RTUL
AX Wizards. It is intended to any PC computer or laptop from which
the LX-RTUL AX Wizard will be configured.

Requirements : PC / Windows 2000, 2003, XP

1. Run the setup LX-RTUL Configuration v2.1.8 Setup.exe

II. Wizard initial running Instructions
=======================================

It is required to install the EC-NET-AX support pack 2.1.8 or
later before using this Wizard. It is recommanded to install the EC-NET-AX support pack 2.7.6 for the feature
"Reversing normally heat and cool" to work properly.

The Wizard is launched from EC-NET-AX. See the instructions in the
EC-NET-AX support package.

III.I New Features and Problems fixed (Firmware)
====================================

Version 1.12

	- When the CO2 level is available, the minimum fresh air intake will now modulate between
the minimum and maximum fresh air intake setpoints proportionally with the CO2 level.
	- New option to allow the Economizer and the Mechanical cooling to function simultaneously.
	- New option to remove the low mix air temperature limit safety regarding fresh air intake.
	- It is now possible run the RTU in constant supply temperature without the need of a space
temperature, terminal load input or slave input. Note: The minimum and the maximum supply
	  temperature setpoints must be equal.
	- When using demand averaging without the alternating mode, in unoccupied mode, the RTU-L
takes the highest demand to restart the unit.
	- A new option was added to set the reversing valve action (normaly heat or cool) which
prevent the reversing valve to be ON for a long period of time.
	- The device switches to bypass state when an input configured only as Space Temperature is
shorted. This input must be configured as Standard Thermistor or resistive TransTable.
	- Every user defined timers have a minimum value of five seconds.
	- The Bypass Damper is set now set to 100% instead of 0% open when fan is off.
	- The OptimumStart function has been simplified.
	- The option for fresh air damper minimum control using air volume has been removed.
	- Bug fix: The fresh air control was not working properly in some configurations. Fixed.
	- Bug fix: The min send time was not working properly on nvoCtrlOutput variables. Fixed.
	- Bug fix: The Dehumidification ON/OFF was not working properly with Fan_State input. Fixed.

Version 1.06

	- The apb is now compatible with the new plastic enclosure controller.
	- Bug fix: In some cases, the optimum start can leave the occupancy state in
unoccupied mode during occupied or standby modes until the occupancy state is
	  changed. Fixed.
	- Bug fix: Humidity alarms work only if humidifier/dehumidifier is configured and
when the fan is on. Now it's no longer link to humidifier/dehumidifier configuration
	  and fan state.
	- Adjusted type 2 and 3 thermistor range (-40 to 150 degC).

Version 1.05

	- Bug fix: When the REVERSING_VALVE is configured and the change over time is lower
than the cooling stage min ON time, the unit could switch from heating to cooling
without turning the reversing valve OFF thus staying always ON and heating while
there is a cooling demand. Fixed.
	- Bug fix: When an optimum start has taken effect and then let place to occupancy
mode, the unit status will display the morning warmup mode until a heating or
cooling demand takes place. This bug has no internal effects. Fixed.
	- The first cooling stage will wait until the demand has reached 51% instead of75%
after switching from the economizer to the mechanical cooling.

Version 1.04

	- Bug fix: Some hardware input configuration could produce a watchdog reset at
	  initialization. Fixed.
	- Bug fix: Shutdown command did not work on nviEmergCmd. Fixed.
	- Fix: nvoUnitStatus used general min and max send time instead on its own.
	- Standby mode now supported when RTU configured to receive bypass command from VAVs.
	- New option to send OC_OCCUPIED to VAVs when the RTU goes in bypass due to one VAV.
	- Hardware outputs (analog) can now be configured as 2V to 10V.
	- New option to alternate between heating and cooling periodically if needed to
	  satisfy every demand.

Version 1.03

	- Bug fix: Persistency on RoofTop object's NVIs did not work properly. Fixed.
	- Status bits were added in nvoRTUstate to identify overridden hardware inputs.

Version 1.02

	- Bug fix: After download, previously configured hardware inputs won't work properly.
	  Fixed. Workaround: reset the node.
	- Occupancy contact input functionality was changed: goes to occupied mode when the
contact is closed (or opened if reversed) if the node is in standby or bypass mode
or if both nviOccCmd and nviOccManCmd are set to OC_NUL; no effect on other cases.

Version 1.01

	- First release of the EC-RTU-L model version 0B.

III.II New Features and Problems fixed (Wizard)
====================================

Version 2.1.8

- Updated: The XIF file is updated to version 110.
- Updated: The APB files are updated to version 112.
- Fixed: Minimum Outdoor Temp field grayed out when should be available in the case Cool_Valve
	and Freach_air_damper were configured.
Note that: "Minimum Outdoor Temp field" will be available when cool_1 is configured or when minimum one of the output configuration
in the following group must be selected:
		COOL_VALVE_OPEN, COOL_VALVE_CLOSE, COOLING_VALVE_MODE, HEAT_COOL_VALVE_OPEN, HEAT_COOL_VALVE_CLOSE AND HEAT_COOL_VALVE_MODE
- Fixed: when selecting Average terminal load, Temp offset equivalent to 100% demand disabled.
But after selecting button APPLY, it became accessible again.
- Fixed: An invalid input configuration selection didn't change back to previous selection.
- Fixed: Run-time error after changing variable nviOccCmd's type.
- Changed: Changing variable name according to the input and output type.
- Added: Assign the proper UNVT to the alarm state
- Fixed: When send data to controller the values in the transtable didn't converted to SI.
- Added: It is now available the default input values in ini file and the file is installed in the commonfles folder.
- Fixed: Whenever output was changed and output type was not changed, actuator was not popped up.
- Fixed: When Fan-Valve page was opened, it always forced the plug-in to be saved, even if there was no changes.
- Fixed: When configuring floating fresh air damper the CO2 setpoint was grayed out.
- Fixed: There was no heart beat interface for the variable nviEmergCmd.
- Added: Feature "Reversing normally heat and cool"
- Added: When the CO2 level is available, the minimum fresh air intake will now modulate between
the minimum and maximum fresh air intake setpoints proportionally with the CO2 level.
- Added: New option to remove the low mix air temperature limit safety regarding fresh air intake.
- Fixed: The application couldn't show up to front.

Version 2.0.0
	- Initial release.
